Dawad Danner founded Elite Epoxy Design in 2015 after years in construction and remodeling exposed a pattern he could not ignore: too many flooring contractors treated epoxy as a commodity instead of a craft. Corners were cut on prep. Materials were substituted. Homeowners and facility managers were left with floors that looked good for a season and failed within a year.
He started with one truck, one mixer, and a single rule—do it right, or do not do it at all. Dawad personally led early installations, answered every call, and built a reputation one floor at a time across Metro Detroit. That discipline became the operating system for a company that now serves clients in ten states.
Today, Dawad remains closely involved in quality standards, training, and high-visibility projects. Clients work with a leader who understands the science of adhesion, the economics of durability, and the pride of delivering a surface that still impresses years later.
