Why garage epoxy fails outside

What we look at on a walkthrough

Slope and drainage, spall from years of salt, how you plow, and whether the slab is sound. Spalled, scaled concrete needs repair or it is not a coating candidate. Prep still follows grinding and repair.

Walkways and stoops vs the full apron

Smaller, sheltered walks are often the better first exterior job. Full driveways that get a steel plow every storm are a harder conversation. Patios and pool decks have their own texture and UV needs — do not copy a driveway spec onto a pool.
